Montessori Shop privacy policy

Montessori Shop is an internal tool that lets school staff request classroom Montessori materials and lets the coordinator track inventory. It is for staff only and holds no student information.
What we collect
- When you sign in with Google, the app receives your name and email address. It uses them to check that you are allowed in and keeps them in a sign-in cookie that expires after 12 hours.
- When you place a request, your name, email address and the items you asked for are saved so the coordinator can fill it.
- No other Google data is requested: no Drive, Gmail, contacts or calendar access.
How it is used
Only to run the shop: filling requests, tracking inventory, and emailing you about your own requests. Nothing is sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any other purpose.
Where it is kept
On Google Cloud (Cloud Run and Firestore). Only the shop's coordinators can see requests.
Removing your data
Ask the coordinator to delete your requests, or write to contact@mrmontessori.org.
